Step二: New concepts:
1.In front of, behind
课件出示两幅图呈现新知,behind, in front of 。(通过实际与画图感受behind in front of 的意思)
看图讨论Where is Li Ming/ he? 告诉学生“在……前面”是:in front of ; “在……后面”是:behind 。学生能够回答:Li Ming is in front of the tree. Li Ming is behind the tree.教师反复领读,学生跟读。
2、Practice练习:
学生利用所学新知翻译以下句子:1、黑板在桌子的前面。2、椅子在黑板的后面。3、Kim在老师的前面。4、书在文具盒的后面。
3、Where is Danny?
课件出示两幅图,讨论:
(1)Where is Danny? (Danny is in the classroom. He’s in front of Steven. He’s reading a book. ) 讨论完出示右边的文字,大声读一读。
(2)Where is Jenny? What are they doing? 生答:Jenny is on the playground. Jenny is behind Danny. They are playing a game. 齐读。
4、介绍现在进行时
He’s reading a book. They are playing a game.是一般现在进行时,其结构为主语+be动词(am is are)+动词ing形式+其他。
课件呈现现在进行时的句子,学生翻译。出示答案,齐读。
