二、New Concepts
1．多媒体出示：赛跑比赛图片。
T: What are they doing?
S:赛跑
T: Yes. race. This is a race.（学生跟读）
S:比赛结果，Li Ming is …
从而引导出序数词 first、second、third。（学生跟读）
读句子：Li Ming is the first.
The girl is the second.
The boy in red shorts is the third.
（教师强调序数词前，必须要有the ）
T: How many pupils?
S: Three.
T: Let’s count.
S: One ,two, three.（板书）
（老师告诉学生one… 和 first…都是属于数词，分别是基数词和序数词。基数词表示数量，序数词表示顺序。）
2.课件展示：基数词：one… twelve.
序数词：first…twelfth.
