Class Opening
Step 1: Warm up:
1. Greeting.
2. Ask the students to the front and introduce themselves.
Including: his name, how tall is he, how old is he, his address
and so on.
复习旧知,让学生介绍自己。
Step 2: Presentation
T: How do you go to school? Can you tell me?
询问学生的出行方式 。
2. Talk about myself. Usually I go to school on foot. Sometimes I go to school by bike. Then present the word: by.
Teach to read: by bus, by bike, by car, by taxi.
总结:by+交通工具
3. T: Do you want to know how do Jenny, Kim, Steven and Danny go to school? Let’s study.
Introduce the sentence: Do you walk to school? Teach the students how to answer: Yes, I do. /No, I don’t.
Ask the students to practice the dialogue in part.
Then teach the new way of going: on foot(feet脚,复数形式为foot), walk(步行), drive sb.(开车送某人), ride(骑).
Ask the student to choose the right way of going about themselves. Let them know how to express the reason of going.
