教学难点:学生能仿照课文练习用英语介绍四季的特点及自己喜欢做的事。

三、教具准备:多媒体课件、课本、句子卡片

四、教学过程:

步骤1:复习热身(6分钟):Hello! Boys and girls, nice to meet you!

(活动1) First, let’s play a game. Do and guess.

(分别请几个同学到讲台上做动作,让台下同学猜测并用英语回答。设计意图是激发学生兴趣,复习旧知识,为新课做好铺垫。)

(活动2) Ok, class, now, let’s look at the pictures.(多媒体课件展示四季图片)教师引导回答问题:What season is it? How’s the weather in spring/summer/autumn/winter? What do you wear in spring/summer/autumn/winter? What do you like to do? 教师继续引导:How many seasons are there in a year? What’s your favourite season?

(设计意图:复习四个季节的单词及天气、穿着、喜欢做的事,最后又引导问最喜欢的季节,为新课做铺垫。)

步骤2:导入新课(15分钟):

(活动1)Class, my favourite season is summer. Why? Because I like the green leaves .(课件展示教师本人的照片)(板书: Why? Because I like ______.)(教学单词和句子) (教师由自己最喜欢的季节说起,引出单词why 和句型 Why? Because I like ______.

(设计意图:由热身环节问学生最喜欢的季节转到教师自己最喜欢的季节,教师再谈及原因,很自然地导入新课,也顺势学习了本课的新单词和句型。)

(活动2)Class, what’s Li Ming’s favourite season? Do you know?

Let’s learn Lesson17: I Like All Seasons!(揭示课题)

(活动3)Let’s look over here.(展示课文课件) Listen and read Part1.(看课件听第一部分课文,设计意图:课件录音导读,图文并茂,正音正调)

(活动4)Class, look at your books, who can read it? (学生个人读书,每人一段。设计意图:照顾全面,让更多的学生参与进来。)

(活动5)Now, let’s read together.(学生看书齐读第一部分,整体感知课文,同时以读的能力强的学生带动能力弱的学生)

(活动6)Now I have some questions, Please look and answer. (课件展示问题)

① Does Li Ming like winter? Why?

② How many seasons does Li Ming like?

③ What does Li Ming like to do in summer?

④ What does Li Ming like to eat in autumn?

(设计意图:学生通过回答问题进一步学习了单词和句型,同时理解了课文。)

步骤3:练习句型(5分钟)

(活动1)Let’s pair work.(课件展示句型,同桌互相问答。)What’s your favourite season? My favourite season is ____. Why? Because I like……(设计意图:学生同桌互帮互学,培养合作精神)

(活动2)Let’s play a game. “Go, Stop.”(每次让一名学生当“小记者”在教室里“采访”,教师发令GO,继续走,STOP停,然后和距离最近的同学练习句型,全班范围内问答。设计意图:激发学生兴趣,烘托学习气氛,进一步提高说的能力,同时培养集体主义精神)

步骤4:学习第二部分歌曲(5分钟)

(活动1)Class, let’s sing a song!(展示歌曲课件,学生学唱 )

(活动2)Make a chant of your favourite season.(根据课件提示,把最喜欢的季节编成歌谣。)
