教学重难点
1. 教学重点:学生能够运用本课句型描述自然和自己喜爱的夏季活动,在生活情境中灵活运用并进行表达。
2. 教学难点:学生通过本课的学习能描述四季的天气、景色及乐趣。
教学准备 多媒体,PPT课件,夏天乐趣的图片
教学过程:
Step 1 : Warming—up & Revision(热身和复习)
1、Greetings & Everyday English :
●Do you know how is the weather today ?
●What season is it now?
●What's your favourite season and why?
●How many seasons are there in a year?
Summer is coming .(板书课题)
2、T act and Ss say : cold , warm , hot , cool , sunny , windy , rainy , cloudy , snowy .
3、Use the word-cards , review all the weather words .
Step 2 : Presentation : (新课呈现)
1、Look at the season pictures and talk about the weather .T ask Ss as show the pictures ,and writes the season one by one as the following on the Bb :
Eg : Look at the picture , What season is it ? What's the weather like in this season ? Yes , it’s warm .The flower comes out . the birds are singing . What happens to trees in this season ?(Help Ss to answer): Trees have new leaves . It's spring / …
2、Ss speak after T once more & .Check some groups and some Ss .
3、Ask for some voluntees to come to the front of the Bb , and find out the word-cards of discribing seasons, then put up these cards under the season picture cards.
(设计意图:让学生看不同季节的图片,并说说“天气现象、自然景色”教师很自然地引出新单词,新的语言表达,学生易于接受,再通过老师张贴出来的季节图片,学生上台来将描述这个季节的词语卡片找出来贴在相应处等活动,学生乐于操练,达到寓教于乐的目的。)
4、Book opens on P38 . Let's learn No .1 of this lesson .(Ask some Ss try to read.

Ask and answer in groups : What's the weather like in spring / ……?(Pointing to “ warm、cool、hot、cold”on the Bb)What happens to trees in this season ?(Pointing to the discrbing for the trees.)
Step 4 : Let's chant !(学唱歌谣)(Look at the screen.)
The warm season is spring , Trees have new leaves .
The hot season is summer , Trees have cool , green leaves .
The cool season is fall , Trees lose their leaves .
