Ⅰ.Warming-up
打招呼，并讲解本课学生评价模式。
T:Good afternoon,boys and girls.Everyone has a piece of paper.Please show me your paper.You can prize yourself for listening,speaking,reading and writing.If you do a good job,you can get a star.For example,if you answer my question, you can color a star for speaking.
设计意图：用涂星星的方式让学生在听说读写四个方面进行教师评，自评，互评，鼓励学生积极参与到课堂中。
Ⅱ.Pre-reading
Free talk. 出示风筝节的图片，讨论看到的图片。
T:Look at this picture.What can you see?There are many kites in the picture.I like to fly kites.Do you like to fly kites?Today we will learn a story about kites.
设计意图：出示和本课相关的图片，学生用学过的句子自由发言讨论，发散思维，同时引出本课话题。
出示图一，通过询问天气和提问风筝正在做什么理解图一。
T:Look here.How’s the weather?It’s sunny and hot.And the wind is not too strong. So we can say it is a wonderful day.（跟读wonderful）
T:How many kites are there?What are they doing?Three kites are flying high in the sky.(领读该句)
通过猜测，观看动画整体感知文章。
T：What will they do?Let’s guess.
设计意图：讨论三只风筝在空中的图片，对故事进行整体把握。
Ⅲ.While-reading
默读图二至图四，小组合作把风筝名字和外形连线。
T:What are their names?What do they look like?Read picture 2 to picture 4, then match. Do it on your paper in your group.
设计意图：通过阅读引导学生找出答案。整体认识三个风筝的外表特点。
讨论喜欢哪只风筝，对风筝的特点进一步巩固。
T:Which kite do you like?Why?
指导学生有感情的读Kylie和Karla的话。
T:Kylie is beautiful.And she says... Karla is strong.And she says...
设计意图：让学生通过外表特征感知对风筝的喜好，为结尾做铺垫。
