Step 1 Reading learning goals.
1、能听、说、读、写下列词汇：find, get
2、通过对照片的描述，加深对一般过去时的理解和运用。
3、努力在日常生活中模仿和运用英语。

Step 2 Learning new words.
教师出示幻灯片学习单词find—found, get---got。
先听发音再跟读，开火车领读并全班跟读。
全班拼读单词并背写。
设计意图：多种形式学习单词夯实基础。
Step 3 Lead in
师：Look at the photo. This is my daughter. She liked dancing when she was 4 years old.
师：Look at next photo.
This is my cousin.She went on a trip to Tibet(西藏) last week.
设计意图：通过介绍自己的亲人引出过去时态和动词的变化。
Step 4 Doing exercise
Fill in the blank.
1、Last year , I ______(go) to Tian’anmen Square.
2、In 2015, he _____(go ) on trips to the sea.

设计意图：练习巩固动词变过去式，随堂练习，小组合作并展示。
