二次备课

Step 1 Review Getting students ready for learning(4 mins)

Ask students to act out conversations about their favorite kinds of films.(教师可事先准备不同电视节目的图片作为素材提供给学生。鼓励学生使用尽可能多的英语交际用语。)

Step 2 Revision(5 mins)

Let two students recite the introduction about Oscar in 2 of Section C.

(让学生复述课文可以锻炼学生的口语和听力能力。)

Step 3 Pre-reading(3 mins)

Guide the students to talk about their favorite TV programs.

Show some pictures about TV and TV programs, and introduce the development of TV and TV programs in brief.(教师也可口头介绍一些不同种类电视节目的内容,让学生对要读到的内容有一定了解,唤起他们求知的欲望。)

Step 4 While-reading(15 mins)

Let the students read the passage and understand the general meaning

of the passage and choose the topic sentence.

2.Guide students to read the passage paragraph by paragraph to complete

the table in 1b.

Step 5 Post-reading(15 mins)

1.Ask students to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of TV programs in pairs.

2.Ask students to act it out. (本环节的任务是让学生学会用英语做事情,提高其综合语言运用能力。)

Step 6 Summarizing and assigning homework(3 mins)

1.1.Ask two students to sum up the key points.

Review the whole topic by asking students to ask and answer in pairs.

Ask students to debate the influence of television on children after class.
