IV. Teaching Steps

Step1.Lead-in

老师亲自唱一首歌曲,YOU and ME ,引出FRIENDSHIP话题。

T: Boys and girls, do you know the song? What’s its name?

Ss: YOU and ME

T: That’s right. Could you tell me what it is about? Who will try?

S1: It is about the between our country and any other country in the world.

T: Perfect! It was heard first at the Olympic Games. We know that friends and friendship are important to us. And we will graduate from our school soon, that is to say, you will leave your friends soon. Thinking back on the past three years, what have you learnt? Who can give your idea?

Step 2 Presentation

Now, look at the picture on Page 43. Kangkang and some other students are talking with one another. Let’s listen to the tape of 1a to see what they are talking about. Then answer the questions in 1b.
