三、教学重、难点

重点:让学生在语言复习巩固、学习和活动中听、说、认、读生词。

难点:正确掌握单词 bathroom,kitchen 的发音。

四、教学步骤

Step 1 Warm up

1. Free talk:

T:Hello, boys and girls. Ss:Hello,Miss Xie.

T:Nice to see you! Ss:Nice to see you,too.

2. Enjoy a song “My home”.

Step 2 Presentation

1.Ok,boys and girls,today we will learn Unit4 My home.(课题,跟读。)

教师介绍: Amy家新买了一套房子,你们想参观一下吗? Go , go ,go to the home.

2.播放多媒体课件,呈现Amy的新home. Look , this is Amy’s home .How many rooms can you see ? 通过询问学生How many rooms can you see ?I can see five rooms.教学单词:

(1).?living room

多媒体课件呈现living room,引出单词living room的教学,出示单词living room图卡,并带读,板书,全班读,小组读,开火车读。同时要注意学生的发音是否准确,教师注意纠正读音。接着呈现一幅在客厅看电视的图片。

T: What can you do in the living room?

S1: I can watch TV in the living room.

T: OK. I want to watch TV now. Let's go to the living room, watch TV. 并与学生一起边说边做Go to the living room, watch TV.

Ss: (Say and act.)(学生边说边做)

(2).?study

多媒体课件呈现study,指着书房里的书问学生:What are they?

点学生回答:They are books.教师接着自问自答:Where are the books? They are in the study.教学单词study,并板书。全班读,小组读,个别读。高低音读。

T: I like study. Because I can read a book in the study.领读read a book。

Let's go to the study and read a book. OK?(老师用夸张的语气,好象真的要带学生去书房)

Ss: OK.

T: Go with me. Go to the study, read a book.

Ss(学生起立跟着老师边说边做)

(3). kitchen

T(点击课件) :Look. This is a kitchen.(升降调) /i/ /i/ kitchen.板书。全班读,小组读,男女生魔法手指读。

T: I'm hungry. I can have a snack in the kitchen.
