四、学习过程：

Step1.Warming up

Enjoy a song《Thunder》

Free talk

3.Chant

Rainy, rainy, it’s rainy and cool.

Cloudy, cloudy, it’s cloudy and warm.

Sunny, sunny, it’s sunny and hot.

Snowy, snowy, it’s snowy and cold.

（设计意图：由师生自由交流，拉近了师生之间的距离，营造英语氛围，引导学生乐于用英语开口说话。共唱歌曲、歌谣，为下一个环节作了较好的铺垫。）

Step2.Review the words

1.T: What’s the weather like in ...? Ask the students to look at the map and answer.

2. T: Look at Beijing. What’s the weather like in Beijing? S1:It’s cool. Then one student asks the questions, point to one of the others answers.

3.Tell the weather report.

4.Listen and tick

(设计意图：通过对话复习词汇，做到词不离句。此环节还重在培养学生灵活运用语言的能力，根据地图提供的温度信息、以及有关天气的图标，提问问题，充分激发了学生的思维。通过听录音，教会学生抓住语言材料关键词，抓主要线索。在训练听力时，进行听法指导对学生听力技能的提高是十分必要的。让学生在不知不觉中进入教师精心创设的英语情境，原本枯燥的句型复习具有了较强的趣味性。)

Step3. Tell the weather report

The teacher makes a model. “Good morning. Here’s the world weather .Today it’s hot and sunny in Sydney . …Thank you.” Ask the students retell the weather report.

(设计意图：让学生在生活话题中恰当的使用语言进行真实的交流，使学生对所学词汇进一步得到巩固。学生带着自己的知识、体验、思考、灵感、兴致参与课堂活动，融入课堂教学。)

Step4：Review the conversations

1.Look at the pictures in Conversation 1.And guess what Mike /Mike’s mother says .

2．In Conversation 2

A: Listen and answer the question: What’s the weather like in Beijing?

B: The teacher and one student talk to the weather on the phone.

C: Practice the conversation in two .

D：Read and number .

（设计意图：通过看图、看视频、猜事的活动，让学生在不知不觉中进入了教师精心创设的英语情境，猜一猜图中的人物说什么，鼓励学生根据图片以及所给信息，脱离原文大胆猜测。学生的学习积极性一下子就能调动起来。）

Step5: Guess.

1.根据What’s the weather like ?句型以及被覆盖的图片，引导学生用Is it … ?来猜测天气情况。Can I …?
