教学步骤:
(一)热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)
1. Greetings?
2. 教师播放第70页的第三单元歌曲The twelve months,学生齐唱。
3. 教师拍手,学生听拍手次数抢答。如教师拍四下收,代表月份,学生听到拍手声,心算次数后,以举手抢答的形式,说出并拼出单词April。
(二)呈现新课 (Presentation)
Let’s try
1. 出示Let’s try板块的图片,提问:Where is Zhang Peng? What is he doing? 学生回答后,教师说:Zhang Peng is practicing running. Mr Jones is talking to him. Which month are they talking about? Listen and tick, please.
2. 学生听录音,完成听音选月份的练习。
Let’s talk
1. 教师说:I like April Fool’s Day. Zip likes it, too. Let’s watch a cartoon. First, I’ll ask you two questions. Who is an April Fool? When is April Fool’s Day? 然后教师播放四年级下册第二单元story time板块的动画视频,学生带着问题观看。
2. 学生看完动画后回答问题说:Zoom is an April Fool. April Fool’s Day is on April 1st.
3. 教师说:There are some special days in April. What are they? Does Zhang Peng love April?
4. 请学生带着问题听Let’s talk的录音。回答问题。
5. 教师展示教材图片,让学生看图,再次播放Let’s talk的录音,教师提问: When is Easter this year? 引导学生回答:It’s on April 5th this year.
6. 教师利用课间出示有关复活节的图片说: Easter is an important holiday in many countries. It’s on April 5th this year. People will colour beautiful eggs and hide them. 接着指导学生看图描述:Kids will find the eggs and put them into baskets. Many people go to church on Easter Sunday. People like to eat a meal together. It is a wonderful holiday.
7. 教师播放Let’s talk板块的动画视频,学生观看。
8. 教师播放Let’s talk板块的录音,学生逐句跟读。跟读的过程中,教师应适时提示学生注意说话者的语气以及句子的升降调。
9. 教师在与学生的交流中板书:When is April Fool’s Day? It’s on April 1st.请学生跟读、拼读,并进行生生回答。教师适时板书:When is Easter? It’s on April 5th this year. 学生回答练习。
(三)趣味操练 (Practice)
1. 学生分角色听录音模仿并朗读对话,三人一组练习后在小组内表演对话并展示。
2. 学生完成第38页的连线题,将图片、节日与日期连起来。?
