Step I. 复习热身
1. Sing a song.
T: Before class, let’s enjoy a song Seven Days. If you can sing, please sing loudly. If you can’t, please do with it. OK?

Q1:What do you see? (课件展示《巴巴爸爸的学校》封面)
Q2:Why does Babapapa set up a new school? Do you know “set up”? (领读 set up)(针对封面信息继续追问,我们有很多学校,为什么巴巴爸爸还要建立一个“新“学校?)
(在英语课堂中培养学生的问题意识同样十分重要,通过不断追问调动学生独立性思考,主动发现图片信息,尝试用英语进行表达。培养学生语用能力,并保持强烈的阅读好奇心。)
Step III. 故事悦读。
1. Listen and find the answer.
Why does Babapapa set up a new school? Let’s listen and try to find the answer. (课件播放故事书第1至5页)
为减少难度,课件展示选项,与学生共同读出三个选项:
A. The students are very naughty.
B. The teacher runs out.
C. The parents have no way.
(在读三个选项时,根据学生读的情况,发现难点单词,并进行适当点拨。)
针对选项B可做适度解释:
T: Oh, a poor teacher! Do you agree with them?
T: Maybe the students don’t like him, or his class. But they couldn’t throw at the teacher. I think they’d better give the teacher some advice. So I’m very lucky today. You are so nice to me.
(穿插对“孩子们把数学老师赶出教室”这件事的看法,适当进行正确引导,和老师如何进行更加有效的沟通)
