1、T:Do you want to take a trip to Miancheng? Are you going to Miancheng? Miancheng is a small town ,but it’s very beautiful, especially during some traditional festivals, It’s more lively.Festival means holiday（节日）.Look at the picture ,can you guess what festival it is?
S: It’s Dragon Boat Festival
T: What do we eat on Dragon Boat Festival?
S: Zongzi.
2、向学生展示几种中国传统节日的图片，让学生猜猜是什么节日。
T：What festival is it? Can you guess?
S：国庆节！
T：You are right! Excellent! It’s National Day. It’s the birthday of the People’s Republic of China. What about this?（展示春节、元宵节图片）

3、看图片，向学生提问在这些传统节日家人们常常做什么？以此来激活相关背景知识和储备词汇。
T: What do you often do with your family on these holidays?
