教学过程:
Warm-up: sing an English song, If You Are Happy . Then divide the class into several groups. They aim to arouse the Ss learning interest.
Lead in : review the last lesson easily--younger, older, taller, shorter ,longer, and ask Ss to make sentences by using these words. It aims to make some preparations for presentation.
Presentation : ⑴the presentation of new words :design a scene to lead the new words--bigger heavier and kilograms.
T: Look at the picture. What are they ?
Ss: They are shoes.
T: Are they small?
Ss: Yes , they are.
T: Are they big?
Ss: Yes , they are.
T: So these one are bigger than those one.
By this way, to lead the new words, and then to practice them . I will emphasis on the pronunciation of vowels.
⑵the presentation of target sentences :ask Ss to listen to the radio and answer my questions.
T: Who are they?
Ss: They are Mike and Wu Yi fan .
T: Where are they?
Ss: They are in the shop.
T: What are they doing?
Ss: They are buying shoes.
