Step 1: Warm-up

1、Greetings (师生问候)

2、Free-talk (自由谈话)

T:Today is Thursday.The weekend is coming.What did you do last weekend?

Ss: I watched TV/ read books/ cleaned my room/...

3、出示图片,复习学过动词短语,并练习问答: What did they do on last weekend?

Step 2: Presentation

1、Lead-in (导入):

出示John 的图片,告诉学生John 上周也过得很愉快,他将他的经历分享在了他的博客中。

2、介绍博客blog的相关知识。

3、出示John的博客,学习他在上周二参加的活动rode a horse,went camping,went fishing。注意这些动词过去式和它们动词原形的读法和写法 。

4、练习: Ask and answer:

T: What did John do last Tuesday?

Ss: He rode a horse / went camping / went fishing.

5、继续出示John的博客,学习他在上周六参加的活动rode a bike/ hurt my foot.

6、练习: Ask and answer:

T: What did John do last Saturday?

Ss: He rode a bike / hurt his foot.

7、Let’s chant : 播放PPT,观看并一起吟唱chant.

8、学习会话: 播放录音,请学生听赏。了解Zhang Peng和John对话的大意。再次听录音 并模仿语气和语调。
