3. Show the food to make a group.

1) From the food we have learnt, on the left of the screen, it is easy to say, the food are good for health. So why are they healthy?

2) So vegetables like carrots and tomatoes can give us energy.

Milk can give us nutrition.

Pork can give us energy.

3) How about the food on the right side of screen. They are bad for health. And why?

Fried chicken and hamburegers have too much fat.

Chocolate, sweets and cola have too sugar. It’s bad for our teeth.

3. The other way to keep healthy.

1) Besides eating healthy food, what else can we do to keep healthy?

2) Yes, we can also do different sports.

3) Let’s see the pictures one by one.

(Play basketball, play football, run, and dance)

1. Ask questions before reading.

1) Do you remember Millie’s best classmates Kitty and Daniel?

Today we are going to talk about what they eat and how they live. So we can aslo call it lifestyle.

2) Before reading, here’s question for you.

? Whose lifestyle is better between Kitty and Daniel?

2. Listen to the recording and answer the questions.

(Does Kitty often eat sweets? Why?)

(No, she doesn't.Because they have too much sugar and are bad for her teeth.)

3. Go through the text one by one.

T: Now you have five minitues to read the article of Kitty. After reading, try to circle the answers on your textbook with pencil. Go!

P1: How long does Kitty dance every day? (For half an hour.)

P2: What is important for her? And why? (Healthy food. Because she wants to keep fit.

(Explain fit. Fit=healthy)
