Before the class, let students enjoy the song of health and give each student three cards, a red card, a yellow card and a green card.
A How to keep fit
Step 1. Lead-in
1. Make a survey. Give each student a lifestyle questionnaire and ask he/she put a tick (√) in the correct boxes.
2. Work out the health score. “ a=1 point, b=2 points, c=3 points”

3. Are you healthy?
(1) Students who get 6~9 points put up the red cards and read the words on them.
6-9 points: Your lifestyle is not healthy. You need to exercise more and eat more healthy food.
(2) Students who get 10~13 points put up the yellow cards and read the words on them.
10-13 points: Not bad, but your lifestyle is not very healthy. You need to exercise more.
(3) Students who get 14~18 points put up the green cards and read the words on thm.
14-18 points: Your lifestyle is healthy. Very good!
Step 2. Listen and write
Books open! Listen to the tape and put a tick (√) in the correct boxes in Part A1.
Work out the health score in Part A2.
Benny gets 17 points, so he can get the green card.
Step 3. Practice
1. Each student can walk to his/her friend and ask each other the following questions.
