设计意图：播放一段体育运动的视频，通过观看视频了解更多的体育运动，而不仅仅是简单的几种运动，这样打开了学生的思维，让学生在写作时有更多的选择，同时让学生感受到运动的魅力，更是让学生放松心情从而调动学生学习的兴趣。
