Designing aims
Step1: Revision
Have a guessing game.
Talking about your favourite pets with some adjectives in pairs:
Which is your favourite pet ? Can you tell me why?
I like ________ because ___________.
通过猜谜的方式引起学生的兴趣;通过pair work复习形容词的用法,并与本课主题息息相关。
Step2: Presentation
Show some pictures of goldfish. And ask students “would you like to keep goldfish as pets?”
Say something about goldfish.

Step3: Listening
1. Listen to a talk and help Peter check if the notes are true or false.
2. Listen to the talk again and complete the A2 on Page 99.
Notes :
