Step1 Lead-in
Show the students a video whose title is “Do you have a pet?” After watching the video, ask the students to answer the following questions:

Step2 Presentation
Memory checking. Show the students a picture which has many pets. Give them 3 seconds. Ask them to tell what kind of animals they can see in the picture.
Present these pets. Pay attention to the plural forms of these words.
Step3 Consolidation
Ask the students to complete Part A1 in their books. Check their answers.
Game: Give the students some descriptions of pets. Ask them to guess what they are. Tell the answers as quickly as possible.
