1.Present students some pictures of some main characters in Avengers.
Ask and answer the questions
T: Who is he? What can he do?
Ss:He is Thor. The god of thunder.
He can fly. He can make thunder and lighting. And he can live for thousands of years.
Ss: He is Banner/ Hulk. He can become huge and green when he is angry. He is very strong and powerful.
Ss: He is Doctor Strange. He has great magic.He can control time.
Ss: He is Spider-man. He can move very fast.And he can shoot(发射) webs.
T: Different superheroes have different abilities. Do you know any other superheroes?
Ss: Superman. He can carry heavy things, see through walls, hear something far away, stay under water for a long time and so on.
T: Look at the picture of superman. What does he wear?
Ss: He wears a blue suit.
T: There is also a red tippet on his neck.
Present a picture of Eddie. He also wears a red tippet.
Guess according the pictures: What are they talking about?
Listen & answer : What does Eddie think of himself?
