The students in Grade 8 are in a kind of transformative period. As the learners are growing older and older, they have become more sensitive and shy than before. As a result, they don’t like to use English to express themselves and communicate with others because of being afraid of making mistakes. So I must try my best to help them keep up their passion and build the feeling of success and self-confidence.
