1. Step 1: Review
Present some old words on the screen and read it together.
Step 2: Leading-in
教师与学生进行交流,导入本课话题。教师说:I’m very happy today.My best friend Mary will come to Bengbu tomorrow. So what can I do for her? can you give me some advice?鼓励学生自由发言。
Step 3: Present
为学生播放Comic strip 的录音,指导他们理解漫画内容。教师说:Eddie’s old friend is also coming to visit him. Listen to Eddie and Hobo’s conversation and answer the question.How much money do they have?
Step Four:practice
学生打开课本,阅读漫画 ,回答更多的细节问题。
Is there any food in the fridge?
Where does eddie want to buy food?
What does eddie want to do with 5 yuan?
学生跟着老师朗读漫画里面的对话。先集体朗读,再将班级分成两部分进行分角色朗读。

学生两人一组练习对话。
