教学重点:通过阅读运用与bully有关的词汇和表达

教学难点:借助思维导图,运用恰当的词句表达自己的思想。

教学过程:

1.According to the mind map, teacher leads students to think about a few questions, for example, what is school bully; how you feel, who cares about it, what we can do, to make students care about the problem.

(提出话题,联系课前材料,引导学生思考,为下面的阅读做铺垫)

2. Ask students to read an article about Rob on what to do with the school bully in Canada. Then ask them to finish the exercise questions.

3. Check answers of the exercise.

4. Help students to think about how to organize the article with some useful words and phrases including the sentence patterns.

5. Ask students to write the article individually and then share the article with partner by correcting to improve writing ability.
