教材分析:

本单元的主题是谈论野生动物的特征,面临的危险及保护措施。本课时是一节听说课,着力于识别野生动物:狼和老虎的外貌、习性、主要食物以及各自面临的危险。使学生能够从听力材料中获取有用的信息,能够综合所听、所读的信息将一封关于野生动物的信补充完整。通过学习本课时,更强烈地激发学生们爱护动物保护的同情心,与身体力行的行为。培养学生们良好的环保意识,热爱大自然,热爱动物,保护野生生物。

学情分析:

中途接手803班已两月有余,我们班共有21人,男生11人,女生10人。班级学生胆子较小,只有个别学生敢于在课堂上表述自己的观点,展现自己的学习能力。在英语学科的学习中两级分化非常严重。在本次期中考试中,我班均分与及格率都为年级倒数第一。考虑到班级整体情况,英语授课难度非常大。但在这两个月的教学中我和学生们相处愉快,我也在采用各种方式方法试图改变班级英语学习的现状。我相信“知耻而后勇”本着破斧成舟的精神,在我们师生的共同努力下,我们一定能逐渐扭转劣势,取得进步。本节公开课也是以此为目标挑战自我,激发学生的学习潜能与热情。
