Show some sentences with ppt. .Get students to read them twice and guess the missing words

Show some sentences including some “to”-infinitive phrases to the students and tell them all the “to”-infinitives in these sentences are used to express purposes.
e.g. I often go to the park to work out
Step4 Learning
Show more examples about “to” –infinitives used as adverbial of purpose on the screen . Let students think about these examples
Read through the sentences in Part A on page 73 with students
Explain the usage of the phrases “in order to do sth.” and “so as to do”
Step5 Practice
Do the exercises in Part A on page 73
Check their work and let them practice reading these sentences.
Step6 Presentation
show some sentences including “to”-infinitives used as object complement to students and give them a few minutes to observe them
