[设计理念]

It’s necessary for the middle school students to improve their listening skills. So, the teacher pays attention to teaching the listening strategies. In this listening material, there are some difficult key words. So, at the beginning of this class, the teacher will help students to review the key words by Micro-lecture. Then In A2, the teacher will help students find and conclude some listening strategies. And in A3, students can practice these listening strategies by themselves. Secondly, the oral English is also important in this class. So the teacher will create a situation and ask the students to practice their oral English in pair work.

1. Brain storm

Give an example and ask students to collect the words about wildlife.

Give some pictures and let the students guess the bird’s name.
