Students’ levels:
The target students are in Grade 9, and they are said to do well in English, which enable them to enjoy English reading and helps them read between lines and even beyond lines more easily. Therefore, the reading material that tells an exciting story can certainly attract Ss’ interest in reading it. Moreover, the writer’s sense of humour is likely to make it easier to motivate students to take part in the learning tasks.
