Step1: Lead-in and presentation
T: What natural disasters do you know？
Show some pictures to learn new words. Thunder and lightning can catch fire. Flood washes away village. Earthquake kills thousands of people. T: They are natural disasters. Now What are natural disasters?
唤醒学生对已学知识的记忆的同时，激活学生对灾难的概念。答案的多重性体现了学生的对文本的理解，融入了学生自己的思想，从而有利于开阔学生思路，激发学生的创造性思维。
