A suffix is a letter or a group of letters that add to the end of a word to form a new word. The suffix “-ful” means “full of” or “have the quality of”. we can add “–ful” to some nouns to form adjectives. For example, we can add “-ful” to “care” to form careful.

T: Can you think of other adjectives ending with “-ful”?
