Show a sandwich to the students and lead in “speak up.”

[设计意图]:先欣赏一些美味的水果沙拉图片,勾起学生的食欲与兴趣,
而且有了Speak up如何制作食物三明治的学习,再顺势导入, “would you like to learn how to make a fruit salad?”再利用思维导图,进行梳理,学生一目了然,清晰明了制作水果拉沙所需要的材料,工具,辅料等;接着播放听力,完成第一部分A1. 本步骤亮点是:在介绍所需要的各种水果时,把要注意的地方也讨论一下,顺势把A3 里面出现的较难词组,比如:use fruit in season,make sure it is fresh,prepare apples just before eating them,leave it in the air for some time 等等,提前做个铺垫,降低文本难度;
