(一)、The function of Adj.
1.总结:形容词的作用(PPT)
2.A.放在名词之前,作定语;修饰不定代词后置( something important )
3.B.放在系动词之后,作表语
4.(be,feel,look,smell,taste,sound,get,become,keep,turn,seem,stay等)
5.C. 放在宾语之后,作宾语补足语
6.常与make,leave,keep,find等连用
7.总结:形容词的构成(PPT)
A. 名词+ y变为形容词n + y: rainy, sunny foggy stormy, windy, snowy, frosty, cloudy, lucky, healthy, sleepy, noisy, guilty, healthy…
B. 名词+ ly变为形容词 n + ly: lovely, friendly, lonely, lively weekly, daily…
C. 名词+ 其它后缀变为形容词:n+ ful: careful, beautiful…
n+ less: careless, useless…
n+ ous: dangerous…
D. 某些形容词可以加上特定的前缀变成相应的反义词: im-,in-,un-,dis-,ir-

副词是用来说明时间、地点、程度和方式等概念的词,主要用来修饰动词、形容词和其他副词或句子。
2.总结:方式副词:quickly, happily, loudly, suddenly, sadly, excitedly等等。 通常由形容词+ly构成。
