Welcome to the unit

Step 1 Presentation

1. Do you like travelling ? Most of us like travelling . But we don’t have time or money , how can we travel around the world ?Yes , we can plan online tours .

2. Learn different parts of computers

T: If we plan an online tour , we will need a computer . And I am sure you know the names of different parts of a computer. Do you know how to say these in English?

T: Now please open your books and turn to Page 35. Write the correct answers in the boxes in Part A.

3. Test your memory

T: Who has the best memory in our class? Let’s complete the sentences on the screen.

Step 2 Practice

1. Learn about different uses of computers

T: Computers are very useful in our daily lives and they have changed the world .What can you use a computer for? You can use the pictures and phrases on the screen to help you.
