Step 2 Presentation
1. Teacher tells students her friend Amy sent postcards about the UK. Share these postcards with students. Teach students to learn about the full name of the UK, the rulers of the UK, Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, Lake District and its currency.
2. Work in groups and have a discussion, “What else do you know about the UK?” then give a presentation.

Step 3Analysis
Amy wants to introduce the UK to us. So she collected some information on the Internet and made a chart. Turn to Page 46, look at Amy’s chart. Analysis the chart can be divided into three parts. According to the three parts, Amy has written an introduction to the UK. And find out the main idea of each paragraph and answer the questions.
