Step1: Lead-in

设计目的:先复习巩固所学知识并为新课做铺垫;用和标题有关的问题导入话题,激发学生头脑中相关的背景知识与信息,并猜测本课将要学习的内容,预留下悬念;师生的自由交谈以及教师的临场发挥可以很好地活跃课堂气氛。
Step2: Looking through

设计目的:设计的三个问题简单但很有针对性,和学生平时做的阅读理解很相符,让学生带着问题去快读,在平时的阅读中训练学生的阅读技巧;在具体的情境中呈现新单词,而不是割裂开来,这样既节省时间又让学生有整体的概念,每呈现一个新单词,先让学生猜测一下词意,通过现场演示,或者用英文解释的方法让学生一目了然,加深印象。
