Procedure and teaching methods:
通过一个有趣的游戏“Touch and Guess”,引出话题:在生活中如果我们看不见,甚至听不见,那生活是多么得困难!然后通过让学生观看讲述海伦.凯勒的英文视频短片,导入本课。整节课采用任务型教学,每一次的听读都给学生设置任务,让学生带着任务来听读,通过判断正误、回答问题掌握课文大意,通过画重点句子、做搭配练习总结出本课的语言知识点。然后让学生复述课文,通过复述课文联系本单元谈论话题“The Person I Like ”,将课文的复述上升到写作,通过谈论Helen Keller写自己最喜欢的伟人,课堂上全面发展学生的听、说、读、写、识记及阅读能力,培养学生语言综合运用能力。
