Step I Lead-in
First,ask students to watch a video about Helen Keller and ask：Who are they? What are they doing?
Step II Pre-reading
Ask the students to read the text after the tape. They may check their answer to Have a discussion: How much do you know about Helen Keller? Here present some new words which will appear in the passage.
