Step2. Meet a famous philanthropist
In this part, students will be told that we will do some voluntary work with this famous philanthropist. But we need to finish 5 tasks to complete the puzzle in order to find out who he is.
Task 1:1. Can you complete the chart flow?

Task 2: Answer some questions about an ORBIS nurse called Diana
Q1: What was Diana's job?
Q2: Which does Diana like better, travelling by car or by plane?
Q3: Which program is she watching?
Q4: Why does she learn about ORBIS?
Q5: Is she happy now?
(mission complete: students get a piece of puzzle)
Task 3: Complete and analyze the report on Diana(listening)
Before listening, I will give students some listening tips such as:
Predict(预测) before listening
Make sure different parts of speech(n. / adj. / v…..)
Make sure the forms of certain words. (v-ing…..)
Then, students are asked to read it together. I will show them how to form an article like this

Task 4: write a report on the work of UNICEF
(Here, they can ask their members for help if you need and they can use the report on page 104 as a model)
Before writing, I will show them five tips that they should pay attention to:
1. Before you start, review your details to make sure you don’t forget anything.
2. Add some information to make the article more reasonable(合理的)
3. tense
4. Transition words like first,then..... help put the story in time order.
