Ss:To ask people to do something for our environment to live a green life.

2.Let's have a talk!

1)T:Talk with your partner:What have you done for our environment to live a green life?

2)T:Let me make a conclusion about ways to live a green life.Show some pictures and review the ways to live a green life learnt in Welcome to the unit:

We can reduce air pollution by riding bicycles.

We can save energy by turning off the lights when we leave.

We can protect the environment by recycling things.

We can save water by taking shorter showers.

Step2. Presentation

While Reading

1.T: Kitty's online friend Martina is a middle school student . She also wants to do something on 5 June,World Environment Day. She is writing about her country Switzerland in her blog .Do you know Switzerland?
