Hold a meeting.
Eelect the chief editor, the secretary and the editors.
Decide the name of it.
Discuss which sections should it have.
Who will be responsible for different sections.
(now that you have learnt how to make a newspaper,take out your plan and try to design a newspaper by yourself. )
