Step1 Lead in

Step2 Presentation
1. Revision:What problems do they have?
How do they solve them?
2. Finish the quiz in Part A.
Check the answers together.
3. Question:What should you do if you have the problems?
Do you have some other methods to solve them?
4. Scan Millie’s reply and find out Raymond’s problems.

6. Help Millie give Raymond some advice

5. Summarize the structure of the reply.
Step3 Writing
1. Ask each student to list their problems and then put into the box.
2. Each student pick out a piece of paper and then give some advice.
3. Ask Ss work in groups of four. Exchange their notes. Correct the spelling and grammar mistakes and give some other advice with their red pens.
4. Check the reply on the screen.
