Step 2 Learn about WWII and the diary of a Young Girl (A1)

1.Pre-listening

(1) Get to know some background information of Anne Frank and World War II. (It aims to practise reading the years and numbers correctly.)

(2) Read A1 silently within 40 seconds and answer two questions.

(3) Predict the blanks according to listening tips.

2. While-listening

(1) Listen and fill in the blanks

3. Post-listening

(1) Check the answers(oral form). (Listen sentence by sentence if necessary.)

Step 3 Learn about Anne Frank(A2)
