具体到902班学生的英语水平，是参差不齐，有一部分学生对英语没有兴趣，所以本节课我打算用小组合作学习的方式进行，让他们互相帮助。

本节课采用以学生为中心的任务型教学法，同时学生以合作学习的形式进行发现和探究学习。

5、设计思路
本节课旨在培养学生的阅读理解能力，着重训练学生通过阅读策略来获取信息的能力。
因此，本节课的基本思路是，通过六个Tasks来贯穿整节课，在阅读的过程中层层推进，让学生在完成Tasks的时候，体会阅读策略的运用，最终达到运用阅读策略来解决问题的实践能力。
二、教学目标
知识目标：学生通过本节课的学习，了解生词、短语；了解赫本的有关情况；以及如何以时间为顺序来描述一个人或事件。
能力目标：学生运用阅读策略获取信息的能力得到训练；并且能运用所学语言来描述一个自己熟悉的演员，知识的迁移能力。
情感、态度、价值观：学生团队意识得到增强；通过对赫本的学习，学习名人的可贵品质：天赋、勤奋、对机会的把握和一颗善良的心。
三、教学重难点
教学重点：生词和短语的理解；对文章的整体把握和理解。
教学难点：运用阅读策略来获取信息完成任务。
