A speech: Let a student tell a story about a detective story

Let the students recite the words and remember them

Let the students remember language points and learn to use them

Let the students know what Defining relative clauses is and learn to use it

Task 5 : Writing

Let them write a detective story and call a student to write it on the blackboard. 板书设计

学情分析：对于九年级学生来说大部分学生已经有了一定的英语学习基础，掌握了一定的知识结构，了解了一定的跨国文化知识。大部分学生背诵一定的单词短语句子都没有太大的困难。但学生的综合语言运用能力还有些不足。体现在阅读题的训练上理解归纳性的题目会出现失误，作文的语言表达， 缺乏一定的语言连贯性，有时词不达意，中国式的英语会大量的存在。因此，教师要多引导学生进行写作方法的指导， 教会学生如何自如的运用语言是很有必要的。
