Teaching procedures:

Step1: Lead-in

Play a game to check whether the students can recognize some famous places around the world.

Step2: Introduce several places of interest in China briefly and get the students get familiar with them with some exercises.

(Teacher set a situation where some foreigners want to visit China while the students are told to introduce some places to them)

Step3: Get the students know about Chinese things

⑵Show some pictures to let the students guess what the foreigners are doing.

⑶Play a video, asking the students to find Chinese things as many as possible.

⑷Do the exercise on book.

Step4: Guide the students to introduce their hometown Wuhu

⑴The teacher introduce her hometown Nantong firstly

⑵Make the students conclude how to introduce one’s hometown

⑶Some students introduce their hometown after preparation
