Ask the students to scan the title and say:

Mr Jiang, a manager, is too busy to have any time to relax. He ordered a robot in a robot shop. What kind of robot did Mr Jiang order?

Ask students to skim the article and try to divide the passage into 4 parts. Then match the parts with the main ideas to understand the structure of the article in general.
