Teaching procedures
Step 1 Revision
1. Play a guessing game. Let students guess what subject it is according to pictures. To make students be interested in the English class.
2. Take the adjectives to their homes according to the good or bad things. Ask students to help them on the blackboard. Then learn new words: free, cool. This activity can review the descriptions Ss have learned, teach the new words and make Ss know the meanings of the word.
3. Pairwork (Make students be little teachers, and find their partners.)

Step 2 Preparation
1. Play a video
Days of the week: What is the video about? It is about the days of a week. How many days are there in a week? Seven. What day is it today? It is ... At first let’s learn the seven days of a week.
This activity can cheer students up and arouse their interest in learning the new words. 2. Learn new words.
Show the class schedule to the students, and lead students to learn the new words: This is Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday / Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday / Sunday.

1. Practice: Finish Section B 1a.
2. Listen 1b. Check the words you hear in 1a.
