Step 1. Warming up and lead in

Good morning! Boys and girls! it’s a great day today. How about going shopping ? Ok! Now let’s go!

Step 2. Presentation

1.展示两张PPT.

Look at this picture. What can you see? Yes, Two hats. Look at this hat, it’s near us. So we say this hat(领读this 两遍). What color is this hat? black. This black hat. we can also say The black hat. Now look at that hat. It’s far from us, so we say that hat(领读that两遍). What color is that hat? It’s brown. That brown hat, we can also say: the brown hat.

Now, look at this picture. What can you see? Yes, socks. Look at these socks. They are near us, we say these socks(领读these 两遍)。What color are these socks? They’re yellow. These yellow socks. And we can also say: the yellow socks. Now look at those socks. They’re far from us, we say those socks(领读those两遍)。 What color are those socks? They’re red. Those red socks, or the red socks.

2. T: Can you say them? Have a try.

S: This white T-shirt, these blue trousers, those red shoes, that purple sweater. 我们还可以找一个非常有用的单词 the 来代替this that these those. So we can also say :the white T-shirt, the blue trousers, the red shoes, the purple sweater.

我们通过刚才的练习发现,在表达某种颜色的物品时,英语的表达形式是:( Let the students say the rules)

= 1 ﹨* GB3 ① the/this/that + 表颜色的形容词 + 名词单数或者不可数名词

= 2 ﹨* GB3 ② the/these/those + 表颜色的形容词 + 可数名词复数

3. Please look at the three boxes. Ask three students to read the words. In the green box the words are all about colors. In the blue box, The words are about clothes.

Ask the students to make their own phrases with these words.

S: the white skirt ……. 找几个学生练习说

T:I like the white skirt, I want to take it, how to ask the price ?who can tell me?

S: How much is the skirt? T: Right? Thank you.

T: I want the red socks, how to ask the price?

S: How much are …..? T: Right? Thank you.

T:(问多人)…… Very good!

4. Open your books,3a,write your phrases in the chart, at least write five Phrases in each chart. As quickly as you can. ……Ask the students to read their sentences to the class. Attention! A student can read two sentences ,one is How much is …..? the other is how much are …..? (一个学生,读单、复数各一句)
