Teaching Aims:
1. Knowledge objectives:
1) Vocabulary:
How much…, socks, T-shirt, shorts, sweater, trousers, shoes, skirt, dollar
2) Target language:
How much is this T-shirt? It’s seven dollars.
How much are these socks? They are two dollars.
2. Ability objectives: Encourage students learn to ask and answer the price of the things.
3. Emotion objectives: Money is not everything. It’s not easy to make money. We should save money.

The names of different clothes and “How much” questions.
Teaching Tools: PPT, pictures, word cards, lucky turnplate.

Step 1 Warming up
1. Greet each other.
2. Let’s beat a rhythm.
Step 2 Leading in
Play a video to lead in.
Step 3 Presentation
1. New words:
Take out some pictures, such as socks, shorts, sweater etc. Use different methods to teach students how to pronunce these new words and ask them to read and remember them.
2. Do a chant together.
3. Task: Ask students to finish 1a and then check the answers together.
Step 4 Listening
1. Play the recording the first time. Students only listen.
2. Play the recoding a second time. Ask Ss to circle the names of the things they hear.
